This book is awesome. It really teaches you the basics that you need to have in case you want a strong and healthy body, which you can later customize for what your goal is (gymnastic, bodybuilder, acrobat..., idk what else). I found it quite suprising how only a little adjustment can make excersice much harder (and better).
If you want another great sources to learn how to train, here they are:
I think there is few more great books for flexibility (and strenght in that new range of motion) from MovementsByDavid (YT), when I got them, he had 4 free and 1 paid, I would recommend them too because they"re more focused on flexibility than this one.
One last channel that I would recommend is probably SquatUniversity (I am not really sure if its focused on some particular area of training or not).
I like Hybrid Calisthenics (YT) the most of these, probably because of how does he make them. You can just feel from him that he's an awesome person

The eBook is great, the videos are very helpful to get proper form. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because I just prefer the analog book.
I would recommend this ebook though, the program is great and even after a couple weeks I can feel results.

An excellent workout routine that is inspired in its simplicity and range. I'm fat, old and weak, but finding this to be something which I can actually set and achieve realistic targets with. Hampton is the only exercise teacher online that has made me feel like I *can*, and does so without the false cheeriness of many yoga courses or the shouty exuberance of Peloton and the like, and with simple instructions for both now, and the future. Stellar stuff.

I cannot speak more highly of Hampton’s book. Suffice to say it, combined with his online videos, made exercise enjoyable. I have had two total knee replacements and on the road to recovery have found Hampton to provide the most thoughtful and achievable exercises which I can easily incorporate at any level into my daily activity. Although in my late 60s I am now more confident and physically capable than I was 20 years ago. I've taken guidance from Hampton’s exercises, philosophy and his approach on to how to actively engage with living. A real inspiration.

I am 42 (f) and walk A LOT but having always played sport when I was younger I have noticed a significant reduction in my upper body and core strength. I used to watch lots of hybrid calisthenics clips and found them very helpful but I wanted more. I love the ease of the exercises because the levels are dependent on your actual strength now (not some future muscle bound warrior), I couldn't do a proper pushup if my life depended on it but slowly I am making significant progress. The sets are easy to fit in a daily routine and because I can go at my pace I don't have muscle strain the next day and can keep training. The progressions are really good on each exercise so it never gets too easy. I can't speak more highly of the hybrid fitness routines.

I love the book and routine. I can't wait to continue to work though it. A recommended change to the book right off the bat would be to "stair case" the position of the right edge colored tabs for each category. As it stands now, it is hard to jump right to the section I want. If they were stair cased (each section tab placed lower than the the preceding one) then you would be able to jump to different sections easier. Also, I think it would be great to include a set of 6 Hybrid branded bookmarks with the book, so we can keep our current progression marked for each category and move them as we begin to progress.
Overall, very minor comments. It's a great book and I love having something physical in my exercise area at home. It allows me to use my phone as a timer and rep tracker (I use the fitnotes app on Android) without the need to swap back and forth with the ebook. When I travel having the ebook is fantastic.

I have quite a few physical ailments that keep me from starting out with most exercise programs. Most show an exercise that I probably couldn't do when I was 20 and in the Marines, let alone now when I'm 60. Then they show a bunch of simplified versions that I can't do either. This program is different, starting with exercises that I feel are ridiculously easy, until I try them, then saying. "Stay here a while, but when you CAN do this so easily it's boring, try this!"
So happy I found this program.

I love it. The spiral binding is perfect for an exercise book like this. The pages are thick, durable, and have a luxurious feel to them. Instructions were well thought out and I love having progressions for everything so I abosolutely can do it. High quailty in every aspect and highly recommended.
