They came in very quickly. The colors are very useful to tell them apart, and allow you to progres through them gradually.

Fantastic stepping stones for fitness. If I hadn't gotten these before I don't think I would have had an easier time progressing in my fitness. They also don't feel cheap, I don't feel worried about them breaking at all.

These are great for me to start doing pull ups and i use these for stretching and to add more difficulty to my other exercises and they look really good

These feel strong and safe. They feel like they'll last a long time, too. They're a little smaller than I was imagining as a taller man, but that just means I get to work harder as they stretch more to fit my reach.

Pretty good bands, they seem like you will need excessive force to snap them, but since I got them recently I can’t tell how pulling and sweating on them will wear out the material, I don’t think it will wear out but only time will tell. My only complaint is that they don’t have more color options, I would've liked black/white/grey rather than vibrant colors that pop a lot in my monotone room. Other than that I’m happy with my purchase and even though they were a few bucks more than other brands I am happy that I got to support Hampton and his team. To me they are worth the investment.

I was very impressed when I opened the package. The bands came with a nice tote bag. They seem to be of excellent quality. I will be using them to assist with pullups. I've tried a few and am very satisfied with the purchase so far. Hopefully one day I will be able to do a pullup without the bands.

Its stretchy but cumberson to use and it hurts because of the sharp corners

I ordered these resistance bands to help me work on my first pull up. I’m still working on it but the bands turned out to be exactly what I needed. They are very thick and strong. I can use them to do assisted pull-ups perfectly. I’ve never tried anything like that before and was afraid they would snap but there is no need to be afraid. They have worked really well and I am very very happy with the purchase. They even come in a travel bag with matching rubber bands to keep them together so I am able to take them when I travel. Very nice, high quality set of resistance bands. Currently using them every other day. Can only handle lightest weight band, but needed to start somewhere. Much easier to handle and use than the dumbbells I was using. Happy I went with this solution.

These bands are amazing. They are a good length so they can be used in any exercise.

My sister asked for this as a gift. Asking for exercise gear is a new one, but after checking out these resistance bands I think I understand. I don't necessarily have the words for it, but my sister and I tend to get bored quickly when physical exercise is all about an aggressive vibe. I'm not being condescending when I say that an enjoyable color is going to motivate someone like us a lot more than numbers proclaiming a degree of resistance. They are of good quality plastic, and there is good change in resistance between red, black, purple and green. I can't wait to watch Hamton's low impact aerobics resistance band workout.

These bands are everything I expected them to be. I use red for most stretching and mobility work and green for assisted pull-ups. I haven't used the other 2 much but they are definitely quality. Hello my fiends. The package arrived within the promised timeframe (2 days) and in good condition. I like that included is a carry bag which makes it a nice little traveling gym. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for resistance bands.

I love working out with my new resistance bands! Very sturdy and great quality especially for the price compared to other marked up exercise products. I'm just starting out in my fitness journey so it's great to have lots of sizes to work up to, and these are perfect for working out at home. I'd love to get more Hybrid Calisthenics products in the future!

The first set of these bands I bought had a foul chemical smell to them that wanted to stick to everything they came in contact with. I expressed my concern and was sent another set promptly and they were much better. The bands have a good feel to them and seem to be of good construction. I'm quite satisfied with the purchase and with the level of customer service I received.

Resistance bands have been working good for my son and I. They feel good, good to grip. We have just started out and they provide the right amount of Resistance. Highly recommended.

I'm impressed with these bands. I'm 56. Started working out 3 years ago. Being newbie and during covid, I bought alot of bands online. None were covering everything I was wanting to do in a wide range of workouts. Some were unsafe. These bands DO EVERYTHING! Having 4 band strength options is so much better and I use them with so many types of workouts! The thickness is the best for grip and no slide. Quality made. Really impressed but then Hybrid calisthenics is always impressing me!

I like the bands. It came in a nice storage bag and seem of good quality. I thought maybe the assist/resistance was too much on the two largest bands, but then I thought it could help me modify harder moves that I had never considered.

I have ordered mine (Resistance bands) about two months ago and they are still working very well. Very responsible customer care to make sure that we are fully satisfied with our purchase. I have started my first pull-up journey for almost 2 months and some. In the beginning, I was not able to do any pull-ups but then thanks to the assistance of my resistance bands. At the moment I can do 3 pull-ups on my own and for the rest, I’m using my bands. Very durable and high-quality bands. A four-pack of resistance bands made out of natural sturdy rubber coming in different colors featuring different strengths with green being the highest difficulty.

Admittedly I’ve only used the red and green bands thus far but they stretch out plenty long enough for me to exercise with, and provide ample resistance.

I keep these in a milk crate with the rings, and I recommend keeping them nearby and accessible. They're very strong and stretchy even when you extend fully. You can get creative with what you can use them for
