WHAT’S THE HYBRID ROUTINE?

The Hybrid routine is a fitness routine that uses progressive bodyweight exercise. It’s designed to help anyone get fit with just their body and gravity! Very little equipment is needed and many exercises don’t require any equipment at all.

WHO IS THIS BOOK FOR?

Well, as mentioned above, the fitness routine can be used by anybody! It’s actively being made available in different languages and formats. This is the book version of the Hybrid Routine! For more information, our community and media content can be found as Hybrid Calisthenics on almost every social media platform.

DON'T LIVE IN THE US?

If you don't live in the US, you can consider ordering from your country's Amazon to save shipping cost! International shipping costs a lot for everyone (including us), but Amazon can sometimes print the book in your country to save shipping cost. The Amazon version is NOT spiral-bound - it is paperback! The quality is still good. Yes and no. The content and the exercises are the same, but they've been adapted for book form. The book is designed to be used by anyone - regardless of whether or not they're already familiar with the online routine. Some new information on variations, warming up, and FAQs have been added. However, most routine users that get the book tend to prefer a physical reference. Please contact us if there are any further questions on this!
