Super cute cards! Bought a pack for myself and my best friend.

I have an MSEd in Exercise Science and have been a personal trainer/wellness coach since January 1999. I am also a secular homeschool parent entering my 19th school year next month, organizing activities for our homeschool community.
I bought the Hybrid Calisthenics ebook last fall and enjoyed reading it. The images and descriptions of the exercises are fabulous, so I decided to buy a book, or a set of cards, for each of the homeschooled teens who attend our activities regularly.
I'm excited to give the books to the teens next week at our last activity before we start our school year.
Ambrogio P.
Cards are great! The only thing is, I was expecting them to be numbered in order of progression.
Juan T.
Pretty quick shipping, very well made cards
Michelle B.
They're so cute and handy, and there's a lot of progression built in. Should keep me busy!
Leonard B.
Big fan of the YouTube channel and wanted to see if I could utilize theses workouts with my clients. I'm a mental health worker for the state of CT and these simple exercises cards motivate our clients to better there physical and mental health.

Erinn R.
The cards are not only super cute but they’re also super easy to use and put together a great workout routine if you wanted them for that or to help you change things up if you’re stuck in a rut
Suzi B.
Nice quality cards, pair well as quick reference with book.
Sarah O.

These are great little cards! I travel often and keep them in my travel bag, they are great exercises for hotel rooms and other small spaces!
Vickneswaran K.
Loved the cards, really easy to use, thank you!
Joseph D.
The cards are pretty intuitive and make it easy to set up a routine that I can maintain consistently. it's a good way to avoid overcommitting and eliminates guilt. Having a plan to progress in reasonable steps helps establish continual improvement.
Dani C.
Hampton breaks down the process of consistency with these deck of cards. There are only 2 exercises per day to accomplish and they have been illustrated on each card with increasing levels of difficulty. It is a simplified deck of encouragement that is easily accomplished! Thank you Hampton.

These are highly accessible tools for anyone on their calisthenics journey. Easy to understand, and easy to follow, from beginner to advanced levels.
Donald G.
These cards are a game changer for me! I love them!!
I use the cards in combination with the book.
The book provides in-depth knowledge when i need it...
But the cards guide and simplify my basic daily routine.
These cards are super high quality!
The price for the cards was very reasonable..
I wished we could get lower shipping costs to Canada..
I am very grateful to my wonderful friends at Hybrid Calisthenics for everything they do to make our day beautiful!
Janet T.
Really good fundamentals and progressions.
Mary W.
I don’t love the art-style of the Hampton image, but I guess I will get used to it. I love that there are separate cards for the different levels, so I can slip two cards in my pocket to take to the gym, on any given day!
Karen P.
Very helpful reminder cards.... Hybrid Calisthenics is an excellent program for all levels.
Laurel R.
I have seen Hampton's very encouraging videos for years, and I know I can simply use the app -- but I got the book and the cards so that my family members and I can have a visual reminder, progress tracker, etc. Maybe a healthy competition will develop! We will all progress at our own pace, of course, but we can egg each other on to DO the practice daily. Excited!
Justin V.
Excellent quality. Should last a while. The case was nicer than expected.
Garett G.
The book is very supportive for all levels of experience.
Gail P.
Got my second set of cards! Thanks for the opportunity! Gail
Jill D.
Both producs arrived quickly and undamaged. I am enjoying the way the exercises are broken down for those building strength to do the regular or advanced versions. The layout is easy to read and understand.
Maribella M.
Some images look exactly the same.

Been following Hampton for a few years. I knew this would be perfect for our needs. Thanks Hampton!
Matthew B.
These cards are a great companion. Yes, the app and book are wonderful. But these cards are great to have when on the go. I'll take the just the ones for where I am at my progress level. Then I have those 6 cards (and the schedule) to remind me what my goals are for that day.
Tim W.
Cute portable reminder of my workout. Very fun!
Ken F.
I love these cards. I cycle through two per day. It's great having a simple drawing to remind me of the forms, while reviewing the books/video demonstrations as needed.
Jody S.
My husband and I both love it. We like that it’s spiral bound and the cards have proven useful in setting up a workout.
Scott S.

Really cute and I look forward to using these more as I can do more progressions and have other people to do it with me - it'd be a fun game to randomly pick a few cards a day.
Joseph J.
Very good quick reference
Cathy S.
I’ma visual learner, so these cards are great. You can pick up the exercises to do each day and follow the suggestions on a starter routine. It simplifies doing a routine and gives me a clear cut goal of moving forward.

Once I've learned the exercises from the book, these are great to use as a reminder of the workouts you're progressing on. I haven't traveled recently but I can tell these are great to bring with you if you're planning to do a quick workout.
Adam D.
Great product, portable, easy to travel with, lamination is great, and a great entry point for people who want to start calisthenics but are overwhelmed or dissuaded by a lack of knowledge or experience. I’ve shown them to multiple people with pride in my purchase.
Wa Y.
The cards were very high quality, the text was intutive and the artwork was very cute. On top of that, the box to store the cards was also really good
Amy W.
I like the ease of understanding how to perform the exercises on the cards. The quality is great and looks like they will stay nice through many uses.
Malyssah H.
These are helpful on days when it is hard to choose which exercise to do. They also help when I just want to be lazy.
Brenda L.
So cute! My family has been playing it as a card game; shuffle the deck and pass out five cards to each player. Family bonding and builing healthier bodies. Love it !!
Nicole S.
Awesome product. I made a board to put the week's exercises on to encourage me to do them.
Natalie
I love being able to mix them up and use them like an HIIT workout or just a low impact light day. So versatile.
Michelle A F.
The cards are so adorable and yet informative.
Justin C.
Glad to support an inspirational and informative person.
Harris P.
I love these cards! They provide just enough guidance to remind you of how to do the exercises and how much to do them, while you're in the workout -- so they're a great supplement to the website. Also, I came up with a simple way of tracking my progress -- you can see in the photo that I write down the date when I completed each level. This is so much simpler than what I did at first, which was to log all the details of every workout, including how many reps I did. I find that completely unnecessary now... This notation I'm using gives me all the tracking I need. Great job Hampton!
Pam A.
Love them! Easy to follow and super cute!
Pamela C.
Easy to follow, appreciating the progessions.
Victor S.
It's nice to have a simplified and cartoony visual of workouts. It makes it more fun rather than feeling like work. Nice one!
Elizabeth B.
Easy to follow!
Nick
I don't build habits well, so I have to put things in my way to make myself do them. A deck of calisthenics is literally perfect for keeping it novel while staying on the exercise train.
Jonas K.
The calithenics cards are well made and of great quality. Training becomers very versatile and it can be adjusted quite easily. Five Stars.
Gail P.
I have the book, and now the cards, and on the inside of the information pamplet is a suggested two activities to do today information nugget.
As I'm having a hard time getting motivated, with all the information overload of weight training, body weight training, these simple cards, for me, a motivation tool.
I've pulled out the easy to do fitness activities, and look at let's say, "Monday". "Pushups" "Leg Raises". Pretty easy, simple. Thanks Hampton and more! Gail PB
Ashley F.
I love these. They are convenient to take with me on the go and I can incorporate a few sets whenever I get a chance. They fit in my pocket or in the smallest compartment in my purse. I can take them with me when I take my son to the park or if I'm at school, waiting between classes. Just a great product over all. So happy I baught them.
Brian B.

The cards are great and the images and instructions are easy to follow. I even got my son to start using them!
Leatha
Super nice quality, the box for storage is really sturdy. Graphics are nice. Love the facial expressions! Almost the best part is the schedule of which days to use which exercise is included in the little flyer. I benefit from that, Quite a lot and value not having to create my own schedule.
Rachael C.
We love these! Something the whole family can use. Our 11 yr old immediately started using them. We mix them up and randomly select. Currently we have the deck split for indoor/outdoor exercises.
Miss Johnnie T.
There are 6 routines. Have laid out the cards, then daily at this point, I do one, then move it. Goal is to do all 6 routines in a week's span. SO MUCH EASIER than the book!
Thank Hampton! Clever idea
Sandra B.
Love these cards
Hector M.
I'm really happy with the fitness routines I've been following lately! What I like most is how approachable and easy they are to calibrate. It doesn't matter if I'm a beginner or more advanced, I can easily adjust the exercises to my fitness level.
The progressive nature of the routines is fantastic. I can see myself getting stronger and fitter over time, which keeps me motivated. And the best part? I can do these routines practically anywhere, without needing any special equipment. This is a lifesaver, especially when I'm traveling. Usually, my workouts take a hit when I'm on the road, but not anymore! These routines are so convenient that I have no excuse to skip my workouts, no matter where I am.
Kellyn M.
Great!!
ANGELO T.
Great product for on the go fitness

The cards are so adorable, I love them :)

I have seen several of the videos that show exercises. While I have been sedentary due to a broken leg and generally moving less as I age, I can see the benefit of using the cards, and I can carry them anywhere with me!
The cards are easy, clear, and have several levels. I appreciate that—so I don’t over-stress my muscles as I rebuild strength! I have sorted out alternating routines that I think I can do, and I am starting to feel a difference. Thank you!
Anthony H.
Thought is was a little expensive, but worth the price.
Aaron L.
Thanks!
Mary A.
They're nice cards but way too small.
Christopher R.

Bret F.
Product is clear to understand. Cards are quality. I can do these at work after sitting for long periods of time.
Jacob C.
Why are most of the exercises duplicates? I thought each card would be a different exercise for each category... most egregious the twists, 6 cards 3 exercises.
Ashley M.
Hampton, these are cute and are perfect for portable workouts.
Andrew L.
Nice variety of exercises with different levels laid out. Perfect for travel to places where I don't have access to a gym.
Kim A.
