Hybrid Calisthenics Cards

I am terribly out of shape having spent the last 10 years sedentary. Watching Hybrid Calisthenics videos inspired and encouraged me to get back in shape and when the cards became available I had to give them a shot. Now, I am so out of shape that many of the exercises are too advanced for me so for now I've removed the cards that either require a pullup bar (since I don't have one) or are too advanced for where I am now. So I still get good use out of them and as I get stronger I can add newer and more challenging variations into the mix. Thankfully, Hybrid Calisthenics has posted good videos on how to gradually work up to the more advanced stuff. So I have a gameplan and every day I get to do a different set of exercises which keeps things from feeling stale and predicable.

Love these cards, they are so helpful to have on hand to remind me which exercises are on my list for the day, my reps goal, and form tips. I also find the little fold-out booklet with the suggested weekly schedule super helpful. I love the awesome sturdy box they come in. I keep my current exercise cards in the box and use them every day. I love the color coding for all the cards of different levels for each exercises type! It would be helpful to have them numbered in sequence of moving to harder levels. Quality materials and appealing design.

Hampton's cards have made it easy (as he always has) to work on calisthenics. I got them for myself but these cards are great for teaching my child, too.

Cards are very nice quality and a great supplement to the book. The book shows you how to do the exercises, and then you can pick cards to remind you what exercises you want to do, with recommended sets/reps for different fitness levels printed on them. Very handy!

Great Book, explain and shows the exercises in detail. Would recommend to someone looking to get into body weight fitness.

Exactly what I needed! A boxed coach with a daily plan; super efficient! I hate to exercise. But this little box is like opening a gift to see what I can do next.

I bought these cards for my son with SPD. His approach to fitness is “reluctant “ The cards allow him to choose an activity at random, quickly see how the exercise is performed and how often to do it. We also build on the activity by chaining different cards together each day until we have a set of 4. We are working at his fitness level, which has already improved and because the cards are easy to use and readily accessible he has started to build consistency and confidence.

Just as advertised! They can sooner then expected. No damages or missing pieces.

The cards are high quality and feel durable. The instruction paper that came with the cards is easy to follow and makes the exercise routine very accessible for beginners. I love the flexibility of being able to choose the exercises and make my own exercise program from the cards.

I love the design of the graphic cards for the exercises. Very informative and straight to the point. They help with visualizing what one needs to do for each progression level with example sets to work towards before moving on to the next level.

Great quality cards and box

I bought this as a gift for my nephew. The cards are well made and securely packaged. Overall, I think this is a great product.

The graphics are so cute. The box is adorable, sturdy, and slides open easily. The cards are a nice thickness so they don’t bend easily (sort of like me!). I appreciate how the cards are laid out with the graphic to show, plus the goals before you move up. As I am both a beginner and recovering from injuries, these reference cards are perfect. My PT has worked them into my recovery and once I am ready I can move to the next progression. The effort Hybrid Calisthenics has put into these cards shows. Best gift you can get yourself!

The cards are a nice size, and come in a sturdy box. The drawings of the exercises are clear.

Never arrived

Love these cards! I keep the exercises I'm currently doing out and then don't have to worry about pulling up the website or opening the book. Are they necessary? No. But they make the barrier to getting started much lower for me, and every little bit helps.

I really like em I feel like they do are going to help me and/or motivate me to work out more because they go from simple to complex with multiple stages each. My only complaint so far would be some of the leg raises I can't tell if my legs are supposed to be on the floor or slightly hovering when I'm in the stationary position for doing the actual raises. Also would be really nice would be each card in it's category like twists or bridges they were actually numbered difficulty wise one being easiest 10 being hardest so on and so forth. So you can progress through them if you're not entirely sure which one you should do or start off.

The cards are a really nice quality and easy to use. I like that I can take a few with me on a trip to remind myself of where I am in the program. The illustrations are cute and nicely remind me of what exercise they are referring to.

The little cards are so adorable! They were a Christmas present for my mom but I'm gonna have to get some of my own now. She loves being able to pull a few cards at random and do the exercises without it feeling repetitive. A big thanks to everyone involved for making and sending them.

Amazing exercise cards that make working out more enjoyable. The artwork on the cards is fantastic and they do not feel cheap. We take 3 cards out at random and do the exercises which makes for a nice game.

I am a newbie to these routines. I travel full time and often have no internet access, so there goes using the website. Then I ordered the book and LOVE it, but found it a wee bit cumbersome for traveling. The cards are perfect! I pulled the cards for the 6 exercises I use, and stashed the rest away for future. Thanks for making this so easy for me!

These cards are a good quality and make exercise easier than using a book. Choose different types of exercises and mix and match.

I like them! Ive only used them 2-3 times as I was out of town when they were delivered. But I find them easy to use and to follow.

Love these cards. Been following the enclosed workout plan. These cards were very well thought out and they are of great quality. and easy to follow. Been trying to fit in some calisthenics exercise along with my walking and hiking routine and I couldn't figure out where to begin and these cards are perfect. The illustrated cards are so easy to understand. The little booklet has a suggested routine, but if I'm not feeling up to it, I grab a random card and do that exercise. I leave the deck in a visible spot in the middle of the house. Having these cards is a good way for me to remember to keep moving.

I love these cards! While the book is perfect. It is not something that I carry with me. The cards however, I can carry with me easily so that when I have an extended break, I can whip out these cards and find something that I can do, that’s appropriate for where I am. It is a great way to bring fitness and exercise into my every day life.

These are so adorable, and very useful. Easier to have on-hand at the gym, or in the park, or even at home. I really like the color coordination of focus area, too. This has made it fun and engaging when putting a workout together.

This is a really nice deck of the most basic descriptions of these different movements. You can use them to assemble sets of workouts for the coming week, or to remind yourself of what you are doing each day. They are sturdy, color coded, and the drawings are cute as the dickens.

I love these cards! I already have the book, but these cards are so convenient. I set them out where I can see them as a reminder to work out and I love the cartoons on the cards. It feels like a game and I want to progress to the next level difficulty and eventually get through all the cards. Everyone is motivated by something different but the cards work for me! Both motivating and makes it easy to understand and follow!

Love the look and feel of these cards. Color coding on the bottom and back of each one makes it easy to grab the ones I want. I like that they are a reminder of what the exercise is (but not the full explanation or tips on doing it), with the levels listed because I always want to look those up. I am thinking about hole-punching the corners so I can put them on a ring. Looking forward to seeing how these cards improve my consistency with calisthenics!

I am grateful for everything Hampton. His expertise, calm and caring teaching style, and the Joy he shares with us. I am a very visual learner, always watching Hampton. My exercise cards arrived and they are great! The graphics are beautiful, showing Hampton, and are of the highest quality. Each card includes reminders of all of our different levels of strength, AND, I can go through the deck, choosing the exercises I want to do today, put them in my order and I'm set to go. I start and end my routines with calm, deep breathing and very very easy slow yoga poses. After my routine, I select the cards for the next day. I have the cards and that's it! Routine time. When I've gotten to new movements I also have Hampton's book with the helpful details. I highly recommend these cards. I don't know about the inventory or shipping right now - even if they're late for holiday gifts, I'd add these to your Santa list . Thank you Hampton.

This cards are so useful! I just pull out the level I’m at so i know each day instead of having to write it out. :)

Nice cards but it would be helpful if there were an indication on the cards that showed the order of difficulty. Some it's obvious but others it's not.

These cards are great! I enjoy randomly drawing cards to make a quick work out on days I don’t have much time to workout. Great quality and the packaging is great.

I liked the cute pics! Cards feel nice. Was a bit confused when trying to open 1st time as I expected to open like a normal deck but it was more like a jewelery box type opening.

The cards are great, I like the three set/rep levels for each exercise. I do wish that on the back of each card there were a couple of tips on keeping the correct form (specifically what to keep in mind) while doing the movement. But overall the cards are great and I’m really enjoying them. Thank you!

Sadly I fractured my femur before I got these so can not use them exactly way they were intended just yet. But with some modifications Im able to do many of them and still get some stretching in.

I love these! They are easy to understand and show you exactly how to do whichever exercises you are doing.

These cards are great on their own; however, being able to use them with the book is definitely a winning combination. It was a bit confusing when I first opened them because they were out of order, but it was nice to organize them in preparation for my new fitness goals. The cute pics have gotten me so motivated, I'm not even going to wait for the New Year to get started. (^_^)

Nice deck, with good illustrations and easy to follow instructions. Will definitely use both as a progression reference, and also as a randomizer for "What exercise should I do today?" adventure

I plan on giving away the two extra packs as gifts to a family member and a friend. I love the card system it makes me feel like a kid!

So helpful! I know I could go to the site or even open the book. But these are so much easier for a quick reference and it doesn't leave the opening for being distracted by notifications. I just pull out the exercises for the day and I'm good to go!

Love this set so much- got a couple of workouts in right in my kitchen!! Using your own body weight is so simple, and having 3 tiers in each exercise provides motivation to move forward. This is literally the “no excuses” workout I was looking for. I keep the cards on my counter and just do a set if I can’t do all 6.

Cute and useful cards. I immediately put them into (my own perceived) order of difficulty. I which there were some small markers of which are easier and harder.
