I have seen Hampton's very encouraging videos for years, and I know I can simply use the app -- but I got the book and the cards so that my family members and I can have a visual reminder, progress tracker, etc. Maybe a healthy competition will develop! We will all progress at our own pace, of course, but we can egg each other on to DO the practice daily. Excited!

I love these cards! They provide just enough guidance to remind you of how to do the exercises and how much to do them, while you're in the workout -- so they're a great supplement to the website. Also, I came up with a simple way of tracking my progress -- you can see in the photo that I write down the date when I completed each level. This is so much simpler than what I did at first, which was to log all the details of every workout, including how many reps I did. I find that completely unnecessary now... This notation I'm using gives me all the tracking I need. Great job Hampton!

I'm really happy with the fitness routines I've been following lately! What I like most is how approachable and easy they are to calibrate. It doesn't matter if I'm a beginner or more advanced, I can easily adjust the exercises to my fitness level.
The progressive nature of the routines is fantastic. I can see myself getting stronger and fitter over time, which keeps me motivated. And the best part? I can do these routines practically anywhere, without needing any special equipment. This is a lifesaver, especially when I'm traveling. Usually, my workouts take a hit when I'm on the road, but not anymore! These routines are so convenient that I have no excuse to skip my workouts, no matter where I am.

I have seen several of the videos that show exercises. While I have been sedentary due to a broken leg and generally moving less as I age, I can see the benefit of using the cards, and I can carry them anywhere with me!
